To be eligible to register for the PG Dipp GPP, practitioners need to belong to an accredited Hospital. To check your Trust's current status please see our website here.

This registration page is designed for student practitioners who are registering with The School of Pharmacy London, King's College London, Kingston University or University of Reading to start the diploma from Module 1.

Please follow the link below to access the online registration form for the March 2010 intake, registration will be open until 1st March 2010.  To complete the form you will need the following pieces of information:

• Select School of Pharmacy London as your academic centre.
• You will need to know who is the Lead Trust Tutor at your hospital and their email address.
• You will need to know the name and email of your assigned Practice Tutor.  If this information is not know at the time of registration it will be necessary to inform admin@jpbsoutheast.org at a later date. 
• You will need to provide the name and address of your sponsor who will be invoiced for your fees.  In addition, if your hospital requires a purchase order number then this will have to be specified.  (Please contact your Lead Trust Tutor if you are unsure about this point)
