This document is designed to provide guidance for Practice and Educational Supervisors at accredited hospitals in the London JPB region.  Educational Programme Directors will also find it useful in appointing and managing the development of supervisors locally. 

We would advise all supervisors to read this document in full and then complete the checklist provided on pages 19 and 20 .
